Who I am . . .
Hi. I’m Dr Elisha Foust,
I’m glad you’re here. I am passionate about one thing: enabling women and LGBTQI+ people to get the skills that are taught when they aren’t in the room.
What do I mean by that? My 20 years in corporate taught me that leadership tends to nurture those who look like themselves, who come from similar backgrounds, who share the same sexuality and ethnic background.
Those of us who don’t fit that mould are often left out.
I’m here to fill that gap. My clients come to me for a few reasons, but the main one?
They’ve lost confidence.
I help to restore confidence because I know that confidence is a skill, not something your born with.
Recently, I’ve worked with clients on:
Finding a new job!
Telling an story that makes you memorable.
Setting up a new consultancy.
I also operate differently from other coaches:
I know you don’t need another course, certificate or ‘productivity hack.’ You need to stop spinning your wheels and start being seen as the person who actually knows what they’re doing. Right now, you’re smart, qualified and working your arse off, but still invisible when it comes to the big opportunities.
This is why I work with my clients weekly. We identify the goal and then build momentum together.
I’ve spent 20+ years in the trenches — leading teams, fixing crises, being the one execs call when everything’s gone sideways. Now I coach you to do the same. No jargon, no bs — just sharp thinking, clear strategy, and the kind of confidence that gets you noticed (for the right reasons).
