The biggest motivation drag is working in solitude. The Motivator is a built to correct that. We build a relationship together, agree accountability and work side by side to keep you on track to hitting your goals.
During our time together, we might build your business plan, develop your marketing and sales strategy, or define your offers. We could be working together on your job search, getting you interview ready and ensuring you don’t do that search alone.

Hi, I’m Elisha.
I’ve been where you are, and I know how to get you out of it.
I spent 20+ years in tech, strategy, and operations. Leading teams, managing crises, and staying calm while everyone else panicked became my trademark.
Now I help smart women and LGBTQI+ professionals find the work that works for them right now.
I don’t do hype. I do structure. Together, we might build your business plan, write and launch your marketing and sales strategy or write your website.
You’ll walk away with a clear plan of action and the motivation to keep working towards your gaols!
How it Works
It’s a simple concept that keeps on giving. We start with a discovery call where we will discuss what you’re currently experiencing and where you’d like to get to.
From there, we will do a deep dive session based on my Differentiator framework. This session will help you understand your impact, identify your offers and what makes you stand out from everyone else. It will also clarify your thinking - you’ll know exactly the oppotuniay your going for and how to talk about yourself in any professional situations.
Then the motivator kicks in: we have weekly 1 hour calls where we talk progress and strategy together.
There is a 3 month minimum commitment starting at £250 per month depending on deliverables.
What You’ll Get
Energy: Energy comes from confidence. You’ll have buckets of it after our first two meetings.
A clear plan: We’ll identify where you need to focus. If you’re building your business, this will likely be a business plan with a clear marketing and sales strategy. if you’re going for new roles or promotion, we will dedicate our time to how you increase your visibility online.
Reputation: We’ll focus on increasing your authority - online and in every professional context.
Motivation: Energy, a clear plan and a defined and achievable goal are just the beginning. We will keep your energy up through weekly calls and clear direction.
