My clients come to me because they feel stuck. They’ve had a blow to their confidence. They’re in the middle of a big career transition and trying to find the way forward. But mostly, they come to me because figuring things out alone isn’t working for them anymore.

I am your career transition partner. Your partner in crime. I help you unstick by giving you real, practical tools to find your way forward.

I work with women and LGBTQI+ people exclusively. Why? Because I’ve navigated my entire career as an LGBTQI+ woman. From entry level to Senior Director, I’ve been through quite a few big transitions myself. And firmly believe that everything is better with community and a champion behind you.

How It Works

1. Discovery

We’ll kick off with a discovery call. If you decide to go ahead, I’ll send you a stellar onboarding document that will tell you LOADS about yourself.
2. Plan

From there, I’ll know what your priorities are. You’ll book our first session and I’ll come prepared. You walk away from this session unblocked. Get ready for your ideas to flow!
3. Curiousity

You’ll start researching and asking yourself some big questions. I’ll be checking in on your progress, making recommendations, and sending you tools to help your thinking.
4. Prepare

You’ll book our next call. This is normally a working session where we get hands-on. We may need longer than an hour and that’s ok. I time block so we work until we’ve got a plan.
5. Keep Preparing

You’ve now got tools and a direction. You’re going to spend time experimenting, talking to the folks around you about your next move. And I’ll be on WhatsApp, checking in and answering any questions. All in preparation for our final call.
6. Practice

Our final call is all about finalising the plan, making sure you understand the tools I’ve given you and when to use them. We may even practice for an interview you’ve got coming up! But we’re not done yet!
7. Keep up the Momentum

You’ll have the option to continue on via the Motivator, my accountability in your pocket service. Built for where you are, you’ll join a cohort of others and we will have weekly, sometimes daily, check ins to keep you motivated and working towards that goal.
