Who is Future by Design for?

We’re here for the early and mid-year professionals. We specialise in working with women, LGBTQI+ and neurospicy folks who are in that career transformation phase.

If you’re working for yourself or someone else. If you’re pivoting. If you’re thinking, ‘something has to give’ or ‘I just can’t do this alone anymore’, you’re going to fit right in.

The idea is to bring executive level coaching and training to you earlier in your career. We don’t just talk ideas, we get stuck into what you’re working on and teach you a planing and preparation methdology that’s going to get your leadership asking, ‘Wait. What should I expect from Future by Design?

We customise based on you - where you’re at now and where you’re heading in your career. The core and heart of our services are 1:1 skills coaching for individuals and workshops for new managers and their teams. We also offer Whatsapp community groups to keep you motivated and taking action, training and tutorials based on the skills you want to build and real tools - built in Canva and Notion - that you can take with you and keep using again and again.
