Why This Matters Now

The hardest thing about searching for a new role is the isolation we feel. It takes hours to customise your CV and cover letter for each job. After all that, we are often completely ghosted.

My Get Hired coaching service solves this problem in three ways:

  • We have regular calls together - and WhatsApp and Voicenotes in between calls. You are no longer in it alone!

  • You will understand your unique impact and be able to speak about it with authenticity within our first two sessions.

  • We put a plan in place, so that you can block time for networking, submitting applications and rest.

How it Works

  • A quick 30-minute chat to check fit, talk through your goals, and answer questions.

  • We’ll have a 120 minute session (which can be broken up into two) that I call ‘The Differentiator’. This is a proven technique that will help you understand your unique impact. Most importantly, you will also learn to tell others about that impact in simple, straightforward language. This one session is going to fill you with confidence and authenticity!

  • Focused time each week to work through challenges and opportunities. We can co-work, you can send me CVs or cover letters to review. We can even sit down and search for roles together.

  • Quick WhatsApp or voice note check-ins to test ideas, rehearse conversations, or get feedback in the moment

  • This service is a 2 month minimum - most of my clients opt for a 3 month option. My clients tend to find their next role within 3 months.
